| Staple Down Method |
| Installation with tubes stapled to sub floor and 1½" of concrete poured over. It is very important to make sure that the insulation under the floor comes in contact with the bottom of the sub floor. |

- For Hardwood flooring
 - 2x4 are placed in the middle of the tubes to use as nailers for hardwood floor.
- For Tile Flooring
 - When doing this you should make sure you have a fracture membrane installed between the tile and concrete.
- For Carpet Flooring
 - You should try to use the lowest possible R-valve carpet you can find.
