This is going to be a hobby garage for working on vehicles. The Heat load for the new building will be around 40,000 BTU/H. Design water temperature running through the tubing for this system is 88.1°F when it is 0°F outside and will keep the building at 65°F inside. The system is set up to let the outside temperature control the water temperature running through the tubing.

We use wire mesh to tie the tubing to so it does not move as the concrete is poured. This job has a 6" slab with 1½" of insulation 12" under the slab.

This is the manifold used for the new building. We placed it in the mechanical room.
