The owner couldn't get anyone to plow his driveway. 7 guys tried and 7 guys left. So on this job we installed two V77 Burnham Boilers.

Control strategy utilizes a Tekmar 252 staging control and a Wirsbo 201 snowmelt control.

This driveway and sidewalk is about 3000 sq ft. It has a little over 6000 feet of 5/8 tubing being fed by 300 feet of 1 1/4 tubing.

There are 5 manifold location 4 for the driveway and 1 for the sidewalk.

This is a long steep driveway.

Look real hard in the middle of this picture. You will see the slab sensor which measures the tempature of the slab and sends it back to the control.
