Here is the insulation with the wire mesh installed before tubing is tied down. The picture on the left shows tubing down tied in place.

This photo shows the sand bed being installed on top of the insulation and tubing before the pavers are installed.

Here we installed are supply and return lines of 1¼" HePex. It doesn't show it but we insulate the lines all the way back to the main manifold.
