The boiler is a Buderus and a Bock hot water tank. The Boiler is sized at 88,000 BTU/H and the only reason we went so big was for the DHW. The house only needs 42,000 BTU/H when it is zero outside.

Here you can see the tubes on the floor before the 2 x 4 or 2 x 3 sleepers are put down. 90% of this house will be hardwood floor.

You can see the sleepers placed inside the tubing before the lightweight concrete is poured. We heated this house before the insulation was placed. The owner is very happy.
